The Stevens Amendment is an appropriations provision that requires grantees of the Department of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Education to disclose for a grant program the percent of the costs financed with federal funds. PUBLIC LAW 101-166, SECTION 511

· Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs are federally supported 100% by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $2,834,066.00 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.

· Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)/Employment Advanced & Retention Network (EARN) programs are federally supported 100% by the U.S. Department of Human Services as part of an award totaling $246, 109.00 with $0 (0%) state, local, and/or non-governmental funds.

· Discretionary grants are federally supported 100% by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $376,106.00 with $0 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
